In the 16 incredible years I've spent at Team One, I've been fortunate to work with, and now lead, the Lexus Dealer Association business for all 244 Lexus Dealerships across 111 markets nationwide. Our dedicated teams in New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and Los Angeles uphold the highest quality of service, reflecting our client's Kaizen approach and our shared ambition to foster an unrivaled work culture. Our secret recipe? A vibrant mix of creative storytelling, sharp insights from data, a digital-first mindset, and a high value on partnerships. Alongside my experiences with Lexus, I've recently added Barclays US to my day-to-day.

When I’m not at Team One, my passion for music and skiing takes over. I'm just as likely to be found carving turns with my family and friends; or playing guitar while serenading my loyal audience - a pair of Golden Retrievers and an Aussie. Lately, I've been channeling my inner perfectionist into crafting the ultimate pizza.
