          I bring to Saatchi and Team One a perspective not always found within ad agencies: firsthand knowledge of what matters to clients. Prior to joining Saatchi & Saatchi LA in 2003, I spent 32 years on the client side at General Motors, culminating in my time as General Manager of Chevrolet Motor Division.

          I helm Leadership Teams for both agencies, ensuring this key group of senior managers remains focused on creating value for our clients. And as a member of the Toyota Worldwide Executive Board, I play a central role in all key marketing initiatives for Toyota, including the Gold Effie award-winning launch of the Tundra full-size pickup.

          We are passionate about discovering the truth of a brand rather than inventing a truth; and we tell, show and demonstrate its essence in a compelling manner that builds sustainable growth.

          When not in the office, I can be found running along the surf in Manhattan Beach with a playlist set to Bob Dylan and The Beatles, or spending time with family, including my grandchildren—a source of pure joy.
